Ingredients for 4 People: 320 g of Mezze Penne Pasta, 150 g of Speck, 200 ml of Cooking Cream, 50 g of White Truffle Cream, 20 ml of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a pinch of Salt.
Preparation: start preparing the recipe by cutting the Speck into strips and setting it aside. After that, take a saucepan with extra virgin olive oil, add the speck cut into strips and brown for a few minutes until it becomes crispy. Now pour the Cooking Cream and White Truffle Cream into the same saucepan and mix well. At the same time, cook the Mezze Penne Pasta, drain and pour it into the saucepan with the Speck, the Cooking Cream and the White Truffle Cream. Mix everything with a wooden spoon, turn off the heat and serve hot.
