How to taste in the best way the fresh Alba White Truffle and the condents of truffle cream and truffle oil:
- The White Truffle of Alba should be served raw, cut into thin strips on both cold and warm food. Ideal with "Pasta Tajarin" (Pasta Tagliolini), Rice, on Cheese, on Raw Meat, on Salads of Porcini Mushrooms and Royal Pizzas. The aroma of the White Truffle of Alba is particularly enhanced on fried Eggs;
- White Truffle Cream is a concentrate of the famous "Tuber Magnatum Pico" and has 73% of White Truffle, Olive Oil and some grain of Salt. Ideal for flavoring first and second important dishes, it is also an excellent basis for the preparation of Aulic Banquets. White Truffle Cream is the Queen of Products "Preserved Truffles";
- Condiment of olive oil with white truffle. Better known as Olio Truffle is a product indicated to flavor all dishes as desired. We recommend using it raw to fully appreciate its qualities. To better appreciate its qualities, use about 5/10 ml of product per person.
