Ravioli with Alba White Truffle
INGREDIENTS for 1 Person
Ravioli 80 g
Alba White Truffle 10 g
Butter 20 g
Salt to taste.
Pepper as needed.
Notes: multiply the ingredients by the number of diners.
Cook the ravioli in water or broth (boiling), drain when al dente and arrange them on a serving dish.
Sprinkle with grated Alba White Truffle and mix with melted butter, stirring.
Serve the Ravioli in each dish after having sliced some slices of Alba White Truffle on top.
