- Condiment Mix of 5 Creams “AlbaTartufi” (Royal Cream 180 gr, Truffle Cream 180 gr, Cream of Porcini Mushrooms and Truffle 180 gr, Cream of cheese and truffle 180 gr and "La Sfiziosa” flavoured with Truffle 180 gr);
- White Truffle Alba “AlbaTartufi” (fresh – 5 grams portion);
- Porcini Mushrooms (preserved).
Prepare the pancakes and spread with the Cream of Porcini Mushrooms and Truffle. At the same time, chop the Porcini Mushrooms and put them on the pancakes. Grate the White Truffle (fresh) and wrap the pancakes.
