- Sliced bread;
- Condiment Mix of 5 Creams “AlbaTartufi” (Royal Cream 180 gr, Truffle Cream 180 gr, Cream of Porcini Mushrooms and Truffle 180 gr, Cream of cheese and truffle 180 gr and "La Sfiziosa” flavoured with Truffle 180 gr);
- White Truffle Alba “AlbaTartufi” (fresh – 5 grams portion);
- Eggs.

Slicing the Bread, toasting and spreading the 5 different creams (to your taste). At the same time, cook the eggs in the pan and place on the slices of bread. Grate the White Truffle (Fresh) on the top of the egg in the presence of the Commensals.
